2 Reservation Confirmation, Cancellation or Changes

NEW RESERVATIONS

  • If Your Reservation Only Includes Standard Rate Nights

If your reservation does not include any Meals Nights, please proceed directly to the Reservation Payments page.

  • If Your Reservation Includes Meals Rate Nights

Wait for confirmation from the Winter VPs.

On or before midnight the Wednesday prior to your weekend reservation, you will receive an email confirming the number of bunks you have been assigned.

If you have not received a message by midnight on Wednesday, send the Winter VPs an email at wintervp@oaklandskiclub.com.

On receiving confirmation of your reservation, please IMMEDIATELY make payment on the Reservation Payments page.

CHANGES TO AN EXISTING RESERVATION

To change or cancel a reservation, use the same form on the Reservation Requests page.

Note in the “Notes and requests” field that you are changing an existing reservation.

Our onsite caretaker, Karen, will be notified of your reservation change through the form as well as the Winter VP’s.

In emergencies, you can text the Winter VP’s at 415-819-9316 (Woolsey) and 415-407-4533 (Jamie).

Cancellations without penalty must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival. This ensures that the Winter VP can correctly manage bookings.
